LAYAN GREEN PARK II RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

Layan Green Park II is a continuation of the successful concept of eco-friendly housing in Phuket. Located just 700 meters from the beautiful Layan Beach and close to the sophisticated Laguna area, this complex promises its residents comfort, style and sustainability. With an area of over 4,500 m2, it will include apartments with a full range of modern amenities.

Construction of the Layan Green Park II residential complex began in early 2023 and is scheduled to be completed by the third quarter of 2025.

The project was undertaken by professionals: SPS, which has 20 years of experience in the Thai real estate market and has successfully implemented 18 major projects. RDM is responsible for the design and architecture of the facility, while New Engineering System develops the engineering systems.

Layan Green Park II offers studios and apartments with one, two or three bedrooms, ranging in size from 36.72 m2 to 297.5 m2. Each apartment is equipped with a smart home system, which allows you to control various elements, such as lighting or air conditioning, through a mobile application. For example, the air conditioner automatically turns off when the door to the balcony is open.
