Residential complex Gardens of Eden

The residential complex "Gardens of Eden" is a unique floral oasis, ideal for a healthy and beautiful life. Located on a 122,000 m2 coastal area, this project takes part in residential residences with unspoilt nature. The main focus is on green areas: 70% of the territory is reserved for parks, gardens and lakes.

Residential areas have a ceiling height of more than 3 meters, in particular swimming pools and terraces with sea panoramas. Internal gardens give a unique character to each residence.

Residential and public spaces are designed by White Jacket, a Singapore-based design studio that has earned global trends with its grandiose hotel projects.

The 141 beach Residence, part of the project, is located just 50 meters from Layan Beach, the northern part of Bang Tao Beach. It offers spectacular views of the sea and the inner parkland, as well as access to exclusive amenities and hotel services.

The project provides all the necessary amenities for a comfortable life: underground Parking, private pools, terraces with sea views and gardens. Security is ensured thanks to the closed guarded perimeter, which makes life in the" Paradise Gardens " comfortable and safe.
